My EFT & Law of Attraction clients know that the key to attracting your dream life is to remain in a high vibrational frequency. That is how you become a match to your desires- by staying keeping your frequency lifted. You raise your frequency by actively doing things that make you feel G O O D.

When we do EFT Tapping it begins by assessing how we are feeling on a a scale from 1-10. There are reasons for using this system. Newer clients that do not know my golden rule want to give me a long description of why they are feeling they way they are but that doesn’t help either of us. For starters I am not a talk therapist! Secondly, if you are defending the reasons you feel like crap, you are anchoring that emotion to stay. You are using the Law of Attraction for what you don’t want! STOP IT! (I say that with love.)

Some of my clients don’t like the number system, so we use the Emotional Guidance Scale from Abraham-Hicks. Ideally you always want to strive to be higher than where you are. All the Law of Attraction gurus want everyone to think it’s a complicated dance but really manifesting is simple. You have to feel good the majority of the time, and stop blaming others for the reason your life is a mess. You have to take responsibility, and make the effort to feel better than you do T O D A Y.
